Ally underwent scheduled enhancement on Friday, June 20, 2025. With this update, an Ally feature that was not initially enabled during the LMS transformation project is now activated. Enabling the Access Instructor Feedback from the Institution Report" feature allows administrators to open the Instructor Feedback panel directly from the Institutional Report.

The AI Generation of Alternative Descriptions for Images feature provides instructors and administrators with AI-powered suggestions to help them create alternative text for images.

The “Score Indicators in All Courses for Administrators” feature will allow administrators to see Ally accessibility scores even in courses where Ally is not enabled through the Ally Configuration UI.

The Instructor Feedback for WYSIWYG Content feature provides an accessibility score directly within the Rich Content Editor (RCE), helping instructors identify and fix issues such as low color contrast, missing image descriptions, and missing table headers.

The Course Accessibility Report scans course materials—including documents, images, and HTML content—and generates an overall accessibility score for the course. 

Turnitin underwent scheduled enhancement during the week of Tuesday, June 17, 2025.  With this update, the “Institution Paper Repository” will be enabled in Turnitin.

Overleaf underwent scheduled enhancement on Tuesday, June 17, 2025. With this update, single sign-on (SSO) issues for Overleaf accounts using personal email addresses will be resolved.

With this update, the Collaboration Site Request Form on ServiceNow has been revised to reflect changes in how the Bruin Learn CoE manages, collects information for, and provisions both Collaboration and non-academic Bruin Learn sites.

Impact underwent scheduled enhancement on Monday, May 123, 2025. With this update, anyone in a LifeSci course who has access to the +People button in Bruin Learn will now see a message when attempting to manually add a user to the course site.

Cidi Labs DesignPlus underwent scheduled enhancement on Friday, May 30, 2025. With this update, the DesignPlus New Sidebar will become the default sidebar for Fall 2025 provisioned courses. The legacy DesignPlus Sidebar from Cidi Labs will be retired on December 31, 2025.

Impact underwent scheduled enhancement on Friday, May 16, 2025. With this update, hovering over the “Require peer reviews” option in Assignment settings will display a pop-up message inviting users to learn more about Peerceptiv.

Impact underwent scheduled enhancement on Thursday, May 8, 2025. With this update, users attempting to “conclude” a course in Bruin Learn will now see a message explaining what this action entails. 

Bruin Learn / Canvas underwent scheduled enhancement on Wednesday, April 23, 2025. With this update, the Course Navigation and breadcrumbs are now visible when building a quiz in New Quizzes. 

Gradescope underwent scheduled enhancement on Wednesday, April 16, 2025. With this update, Rubric Permissions have been added to Gradescope's course and assignment settings.

Hypothesis underwent scheduled enhancement on Wednesday, April 9, 2025. With this update, the @mentions feature is now available in Hypothesis social annotation activities, allowing users to mention specific people in their course. 

Peerceptiv underwent scheduled enhancement in February 2025. With this update, a new optional reflection phase has been added to Team Member Evaluation assignments in Peerceptiv.
