UDOIT helps instructors and TAs identify and improve accessibility issues in their courses by scanning course content, including pages, files, images, links, tables, and some embedded media. It provides accessibility guidance in a centralized dashboard where instructors can review, prioritize, and rescan course content.
Peerceptiv underwent scheduled enhancement on Monday, April 13, 2026. With this update, Peerceptiv’s text editor will include enhanced rich text editing capabilities, autosave functionality for students, and version history playback for instructors for all written submissions and peer reviews.
Starting on June 15, 2026, Zoom Cloud recordings will no longer automatically copy to Kaltura. To retain recordings beyond Zoom’s 120-day Cloud storage limit, you must opt-in to copy future Zoom Cloud recordings to your Kaltura account.
Bruin Learn (Canvas) access has been restored. Instructure, the parent company of Canvas, has confirmed that its global cybersecurity incident has been contained and remediated. In coordination with the UC Office of the President, we have determined, based on the latest available information, that Instructure’s system is ready for campus use.
There is currently an outage with Bruin Learn (Canvas). While Canvas has restored initial functionality to the platform, in alignment with UC guidance, UCLA is performing security assurance, configuration, and integrity checks before re-enabling access.
