Bruin Learn / Canvas SIS Integration underwent scheduled maintenance on Friday, March 17, 2023. With the change, courses listed in SIS will have sites automatically provisioned and without delay, regardless of Instructor / TA assignment status.

With the change, Student and Instructor / TA enrollments services will now function as expected automatically and without delay, bringing impacted sites into alignment with all other programmatically provisioned sites. 

Bruin Learn / Canvas SIS Integration underwent scheduled maintenance on Friday, March 17, 2023. With the change, provisioning of TA Sites for “child” courses in cross-listed course sets will now function as expected automatically and without delay, bringing impacted TA Sites into alignment with all other programmatically provisioned TA Sites.

Network Services will be performing maintenance on Managed Network Service (MNS) Distribution router on Sunday, March 12,  from 6:00 a.m.- 6:00 p.m.

As we continue to move through the winter quarter, I’d like to share the IT Executive Dashboard and a few notable highlights with you. 

UCLA IT Services — Network Services will be replacing the Campus Backbone distribution router at Anderson with a new hardware on Sunday, March 5, 0600-1800. Departments  are not expected to experience a network outage as the primary distribution router at CSB1 will be intact and will provide connectivity.

Network Services will be replacing the Campus Backbone distribution router at CSB1 with a new hardware on Sunday, January 29, 0600-1800. Departments with a single BGP connection only to the CSB1 distribution router will experience an outage.
