A QDB Logon ID provides access to administrative data that departments can use locally for analysis and reports, including Query DataBase (QDB), UCLA Financial Web and OFSR, Strategic Budgeting, and Online SAR/DSA Inquiry.

There are two types of QDB Logon IDs: one is intended for individual access, and the other is for departmental applications or tools that are developed to access data.

How to Obtain a QDB Logon ID

Contact your Departmental Security Administrator (DSA) and request that an online SAR (System Access Request) be submitted for an OASIS logon ID (this is a prerequisite) and a QDB Logon ID. You will also need to have a UCLA Logon ID
